Presently Gmkmch College of Nursing is located in Mohan Nagar, Salem District, 12 km from Gmkmch Hospital, in a pleasant and spacious campus. Many of our college graduates are well-employed in India and abroad.

Course Duration: 4 Years

Eligibility

Male and female candidates are eligible to apply
Candidates should have passed HSC or equivalent examination
Should have completed 17 years of age as on 31st December of the admission year.
Vocational stream is not eligible for admission.

Practice

With close supervision and guidance from nursing faculty,GMKMCH provides a good opportunity for our students to convert simulation lab training into real practice.They get wide exposure to various specialties like Cardiovascular Surgery, Respiratory, Gastrointestinal, Ortho, Oncology, Pediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynaecology.

Our students gain hands-on experience in intensive care units, dialysis, emergency care, operating theatres, advanced diagnostics, robotic surgery, stroke units, etc.Interns are assigned to well-resourced Intensive Care Units (ICUs) such as Medical, Surgical, Trauma, Coronary Care, Cardiothoracic, Neuro, Pediatric and Neonatal Units. Medical staff along with nursing faculty closely monitor and mentor the students
